I help you organize the thinking then build the system to make it real.

How I Work

Close each tab to continue

I started as a preschool teacher, where structure and emotional regulation were survival tools.

I spent nearly a decade in nonprofit organizations, working with mission-driven teams navigating limited resources, competing priorities, and real-world constraints.

Then I moved into creative media, managing high-visibility campaigns, athlete initiatives, and large budgets where execution had to be tight and alignment couldn’t be assumed.

Across every chapter, the pattern was the same:

Systems are built for people.

Speed without clarity is chaos.

From Scratch

Zero-to-launch systems

System

National Grant Infrastructure

Starting Point

Launched a national athlete grant program with no existing operational backbone.

What I Built

I built the full operating system: program guidelines, structured review and scoring workflows, compliance protocols, payout processes, partnership coordination, and communications rollout. The goal was to create a repeatable model that could run smoothly year after year.

Outcomes

  • $80K+ deployed across two cohorts (10 grantees)
  • Documented review and selection framework used as a standing blueprint
  • Clear end-to-end process from application through public announcement

System

Pricing System for a Growing Practice

Starting Point

A scaling consulting practice was pricing projects inconsistently, leading to underpricing, scope creep, and leaving margins to chance.

What I Built

I designed a flexible pricing and budgeting system grounded in rate logic, vendor modeling, and internal training. The model created full margin transparency, enabling leadership to price strategically, offer intentional discounts to nonprofit clients when aligned with their values, and begin building reserve funds.

Outcomes

  • Standardized pricing structure across proposals
  • Faster budgeting cycles and quicker contract execution
  • Margin visibility to support intentional discounting and reserve growth

System

Emergency Response Operations Framework

Starting Point

A large-scale community recovery initiative required coordination across funding partners, service providers, communications, and compliance under urgent conditions.

What I Built

I structured the operational foundation: defined partner roles and MOUs, service workflows, documentation systems, funding alignment, and grant tracking infrastructure. The work focused on reducing friction and creating clarity in the middle of urgency.

Outcomes

  • 6,400+ community members served to date
  • Clear partner roles and decision pathways
  • Grant tracking and fiscal accountability systems
